🔹 Module 4: Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Risk types: credit, operational, fraud
  • Cybersecurity basics and data privacy

🔹 Module 5: Financial Literacy and Advisory

  • Credit reports and credit scores (CIBIL)

  • Business communication and workplace etiquette
  • Teamwork, time management, professional behavior
  • Basic computer usage and MS Office tools

🔹 Module 7: Practical Exposure & Final Assessment

Duration: 50 Hours

  • Roleplay and simulation of banking operations
  • Bank visit/virtual interaction with industry experts
  • Case studies and real-world problem-solving
  • Mock assessment and final skill certification exam

✅ Certification

After course completion, candidates may undergo Sector Skill Council assessment (e.g., Customer Service Executive – BFSI, QP Code: BSC/Q0101) and receive a NSQF-aligned certificate.
