We have launched specialized projects aimed at training women in trades like Beauty & Wellness, Tailoring, and Digital Skills. These programs are designed to encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns.
RPL – Recognition of Prior Learning
As part of RPL under PMKVY, we identify and certify informal workers who have years of experience but lack formal credentials. This boosts their confidence, helps in better job opportunities, and brings dignity to skilled labor.
Digital Literacy and Future Skills
Understanding the importance of digital empowerment, we run basic computer literacy and advanced digital skills workshops. These include training in data entry, digital marketing, and introductory coding for beginners
